How much does the portal cost?
Nothing on top of the work. Team seats, storage and downloading your own files are never charged for.
Will it tell me when something needs me?
Email when something needs your name, a text when it is costing money while it sits, and a Friday summary if you want one. Nothing on a quiet day.
Can I use it on my phone?
That is what it was designed for. Tabs along the bottom, everything reachable with a thumb, and the same four minutes whether you open it between jobs or at a desk.
Is there a password to remember?
No. You sign in with Google or with a link we email you, so there is nothing to store and nothing to reset.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes, and we would rather they did. Each person gets one of three roles — owner, manager or viewer — and every action is recorded against the name that took it.
Do you store my passwords?
Almost never. Wherever a tool allows it you grant access from your own login, so nothing changes hands and you can take it back in two clicks. Where a tool has no such flow the credential is encrypted, and every read appears in a log you can see and nobody can delete.
How long does setup take?
The portal opens straight after payment, usually inside three minutes, with the first crawl already running. Each Google tool takes about three minutes more, and the portal shows you the exact clicks.
