Four hours, three shapes

What the Pass actually covers.

Hands on systems

Four hours a month of working time — applied where it does the most good. A monthly working session on your systems, aimed together at the start of the month.

A call when you're deciding

When a vendor pitch lands, when something breaks in production, or when the direction isn't clear — one person who ships, on the phone, without an invoice.

Small asks, same day

Anything under about twenty minutes: a prompt tweak, a report column, a config change, a "why did this look off" check. Done same-day. Never hits an invoice.

The math

$999 a month. Aimed, not idle.

Questions people ask first

Straight answers.

What can four hours cover?

A lot, aimed well: a monthly working session on your systems, a decision call when a vendor pitch lands, and the drift-fixes that keep things fast. What it isn't is a bench you park a whole project on; those get scoped at the member rate.

Do unused hours roll over?

No. They get aimed instead: at the start of the month we agree where the time does the most good. A use-it-or-lose-it month has never been the problem; too many asks is the usual shape.

What counts as a "small ask"?

Anything under about twenty minutes: a prompt tweak, a report column, a config change, a "why did this look off" check. Those get done same-day and never hit an invoice.

What's the member rate on builds?

A real discount on any scoped build, with the retainer hours doing the scoping so the quote lands faster. Members' work also skips the queue.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Monthly on Stripe, cancel from the portal yourself. The work is meant to earn the next month, not a contract.

We haven't built anything yet. Should we start here?

Probably not. Book the free fit call, get the first thing built, then the retainer keeps it alive. Starting with the Pass makes sense mainly when you already run systems we'd be working on.

Who does the work, and where?

Gavin and the Paddock20 team, in-house, in the United States. The same operation whose lot tool carries $125M+ a month, and whose retainer model has been running since the app shipped.
