Do I need to know how to code?
No. The tools handle the syntax. You need to be able to describe what you want and follow the steps. Every person in the room starts from the same place.
What if my problem turns out to be too big?
We scope it down in the first hour. Gavin's job is to find the version that ships in a day. If something ends up too large, you leave with the hardest part done and a clear path to the rest.
What happens to my code after?
It lives in a repo under your name from the moment it's deployed. You own it, you can modify it, you can hand it to an engineer. Paddock20 has no ongoing access unless you choose the retainer.
Will there be more dates?

Every race series has a marking system. F1 cars carry their numbers on the nose. GT cars run plates. We borrowed the plate because it is the most internationally legible credential on the planet — everyone knows what it means and where it was earned. Ours reads the session, the year, and the mark.
Gold is handed out at every conference for showing up. Bronze is what you earn in competition when you actually beat the track. You built production software. That is a harder thing than attending. Bronze is the honest metal for the honest work.
