Paddock20 — Legal
Course & Mastermind Purchase Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This policy governs all purchases made through Paddock20's course catalog, the All-Access Pass, and the AI Mastermind live event. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Part I — Crash Courses & All-Access Pass
What You Get
Each crash course is a self-contained, self-paced digital product. Upon purchase you receive permanent access to all lessons, downloads, and any certificate associated with that course. Access is tied to the account you create at checkout and is not time-limited.
Pricing
Individual crash courses are priced at $49 per course. The All-Access Pass grants access to every current and future crash course for a one-time fee. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change; the price you pay at the time of purchase is locked for your account.
48-Hour Access Window — Refund Eligibility
Paddock20 offers a 48-hour access window on all individual crash course purchases. Here is how it works:
- You gain access to Module 1 of the course immediately on purchase.
- If the course is not what you expected, email hello@paddock20.com within 48 hours of your original purchase timestamp and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 48 hours, or after you access any lesson beyond Module 1, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
This window exists to protect against buyers completing an entire course and requesting a refund. One module in 48 hours is enough to know whether the format, depth, and approach are right for you.
All-Access Pass — No Refunds
The All-Access Pass is a final sale. Because it grants immediate access to every course in the catalog simultaneously, it is not eligible for a refund under the 48-hour window. Purchase the All-Access Pass only if you have already reviewed the individual course catalog and are confident in the format.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase a course you already own, or purchase both an individual course and the All-Access Pass within the same 48-hour window, contact hello@paddock20.com and we will resolve it.
Part II — AI Mastermind Live Event
Event Format & Pricing
The AI Mastermind is a live, in-person workshop. Gavin Brooks teaches every session personally. Pricing: $499 intro rate (first cohort only) and $2,499 standard rate. No other prices exist. Promotional codes, if issued, will be applied at checkout.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Because live events involve venue, catering, prepared materials, and hard operational commitments made on your behalf the moment your seat is confirmed, the following schedule applies:
- 14 or more days before the event: Full refund issued to the original payment method, no questions asked.
- 7 to 13 days before the event: 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers prepared materials, your reserved seat, and operational costs already committed.
- Under 7 days before the event: Non-refundable. The seat is fully transferable — you may send someone else from your organisation in your place. Contact hello@paddock20.com to transfer.
- No-show: Non-refundable. If something comes up, reach out before the day and we will find a path.
Event Cancellation by Paddock20
In the rare event Paddock20 cancels a scheduled session, all registered attendees will receive a full refund or a seat transfer to the next available date, at their choice. Paddock20 is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by attendees.
Rescheduling
You may request to transfer your seat to a future session at no charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled event. Transfers are subject to availability and are honored once per original purchase.
Part III — Tool Stack Cost Disclosure
What This Section Is
Paddock20 is not promising how much the tools will cost you. We are promising there is a cost. This section exists so that promise is in writing, not buried in a FAQ.
What Is Not Included in Your Seat
Your seat fee — whether $499 or $2,499 — covers instruction, session access, all prepared materials, and 30 days of async follow-up. It does not cover:
- Software subscriptions to any third-party tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Replit, v0, Vercel, Neon, Supabase, Resend, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Cal.com, Stripe, Composio, Canva, Cloudflare, or any other platform used in the program)
- API usage charges billed by token, message, minute, or transaction
- Hosting, compute, or storage costs incurred during or after the event
- Domain registration or DNS management fees
- Any third-party service fee of any kind
These costs are paid directly by you to each vendor. Paddock20 never touches that billing.
The Real Budget Range
Based on actual usage in the program, here are three honest budget tiers for a weekend build session. These are estimates, not guarantees. Your actual cost depends on how you use each tool.
- Minimum (~$500/mo): Free tiers on most tools plus Replit Core, v0 Pro, Claude Pro, and ChatGPT Plus. Enough to build and ship one working app. You may hit compute or context limits during intensive sessions.
- Recommended (~$750/mo): Everything above plus Claude Max and Retell AI test call budget. Full build velocity without throttling.
- Full Send (~$1,200/mo): All paid tiers live. This is the same configuration running the Paddock20 production stack.
These tiers are updated as Paddock20 confirms current vendor pricing. Prices change. The tiers are a directional signal, not a quote.
About These Tools
Paddock20 has no affiliate relationship with any tool used in this program. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only. Pricing shown on the Mastermind page is sourced from each vendor's public pricing page and is subject to change without notice. Paddock20 is independently pursuing formal partnership arrangements with each platform — permissible claims and materials will be updated when those arrangements are confirmed.
Who This Program Is Built For
This program is designed for existing business owners and operators who have capital allocated for business tools and infrastructure. The tool budget is a feature of operating production software, not a surprise added on top of your seat. If the budget ranges above represent a meaningful financial strain, this is not the right moment — not the wrong person, just the wrong timing. Come back when the infrastructure investment is a rounding error on your operations.
Part IV — General
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@paddock20.com with the subject line Refund Request, your order number or the email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. We resolve eligible disputes quickly and a chargeback initiated before contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of access to all purchased materials.
