Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We configure the agent to work with your existing number: call forwarding routes to the agent on your terms (all calls, overflow, etc.).
What happens if the agent cannot answer something?
Escalation paths are configured before go-live. The agent can transfer to a live person, take a message, or book a callback. You decide the fallback behavior.
Can I update the agent after it goes live?
