WHAT IT FIXES

The three things that keep good copy from ranking.

Fix one and the other two usually slip, so RAIL works all three in the same pass.

01 · THE TELLS

Copy that smells like a machine

Delve, leverage, robust, seamless. Sentences that hedge before they claim. Three adjectives where one noun would land harder. Readers clock it in a line and trust the page less for the rest of the visit.

CUT ON SIGHT
actually · really · very · truly leverage · utilize · robust seamless · cutting-edge · passionate
02 · THE VOICE

Every page sounding like a different company

A voice profile is not a mood board. It is a list of rules with teeth — words that are banned, a sentence length that holds, a Before and After pair showing what good looks like on your own copy.

HELD PER BRAND
BANNED PHRASES SENTENCE CEILING ONE BEFORE / AFTER PAIR
03 · THE GROUND

Copy aimed at a phrase nobody types

A rewrite that reads well and targets a phrase nobody types is a wasted page. Every run works out the phrase the copy should own before it changes a word, so the language buyers type ends up in the copy they read.

WORKED OUT PER RUN

WHY THE RECEIPT MATTERS

You can see what every rewrite was based on.

A chatbot can hand you different words. What lets you publish them is a record of what the rewrite was built on — the phrase, where it came from, and how many tells went out.

So every run writes its own record — which keyword data was pulled and at what minute, which voice profile applied, which phrases were removed, which model wrote it and how long it took. The record lands in your bay next to the copy, and it is still there in six months when someone asks why the page reads the way it does.

REAL-TIME AGENTIC INTELLIGENCE LIAISON

One driver, three jobs.

The same system that scopes a build in ninety seconds reads your telemetry at six every morning and writes the copy that goes on the page. Not three tools with a shared logo — one crew chief who already knows the car.

WHO IT IS FOR

For anyone who has to put words live this week.

SERVICE PAGES

The page that has to rank and close

Written once, edited by four people, now reading like a committee. One run puts it back in one voice.
LISTINGS + PROFILES

The same blurb, forty places

Directory descriptions, your Google profile, the bio on every citation. Consistent wording is a ranking signal, not a nicety.
WHAT THE MACHINE WROTE

A draft that is eighty percent there

Keep the structure, lose the tells. The last twenty percent is the only part a reader notices.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you paste a draft in.

What does RAIL Redline change?

It removes the words that make a reader think a machine wrote it, breaks up runs of same-length sentences, and works the search phrase in where it already belongs. Every factual claim in your draft is kept exactly as you wrote it, and nothing is invented.

How is this different from asking a chatbot?

A chatbot guesses your goal from the draft, so a draft aimed at the wrong phrase produces a rewrite aimed at the wrong phrase. Redline takes your intent as a separate input and picks the target phrase from that, not from the draft. The receipt says which.

What is in the receipt?

The target phrase with its monthly volume and difficulty, any gap phrase worth more than the target, how many machine tells went in and how many came out, the character count against the platform limit, and the minute the data was pulled.

Will it keep my brand voice?

Pick plain, warm, technical or authoritative, or supply your own rules in your own words. Your own rules override everything else.

Does it work for social as well as web pages?

Each destination carries its real limits: 280 characters on X, 125 before the fold on Instagram, 210 on LinkedIn, 60 for a title tag. A rewrite that reads well and gets cut off mid-sentence has failed.
