Understand the work before choosing the software.

We map the process, the people involved and the tools you already pay for. We look at the normal path and the exceptions: missing information, a rejected approval, an unavailable employee or a connection that stops working.

The recommendation may be a better setup in your current software, a connection between systems or a focused custom application. We explain the tradeoffs and the costs behind that recommendation.

Develop

Agree on what the first release needs to do.

The written scope sets out the workflow, responsibilities, integrations, exclusions and acceptance checks. You see how the proposed system will handle a real job before the work grows into a larger project.

We review progress against that scope. If a new requirement changes the cost or delivery plan, we agree on it before adding the work.

Deliver

Put the workflow into use.

We test the agreed process with representative records, including exceptions. Handover covers access, documentation, recurring services and the support arrangement in your agreement.

Then we compare the result with the starting point. Depending on the project, that might mean fewer duplicate entries, less time preparing a report or a shorter wait for an approval.
