Paddock20 luxury automotive event — row of exotic cars at a morning event
EVENTS & EXPERIENTIAL · NASHVILLE, TN

A post reaches a phone. An event fills a room.

$956 of promotion brought fifteen hundred people through one client's door in a single Saturday morning. We run the whole thing — venue, vendors, display cars, lead capture — and hand you the report after.

WHAT WE RUN

One morning, or a whole calendar.

Every format below is priced against the room you want and the market you are in, so the number comes on the call rather than off a page. The two reports further down show what the promotion actually cost.

MINIMUM ACTIVATION
$2,499

Below that an event cannot be run properly, so we say it here rather than on the call. Half the quote is due before any work or advertising begins — promotion runs weeks ahead of the doors. The balance is paid the morning of the activation, after setup, so you see the room before you settle it — no exceptions.

A SINGLE EVENT

End to end, one date

Theme, venue plan, vendor and partner recruitment, display-vehicle curation, driver check-in, and the paid promotion that fills it.

Run of show, hour by hour
Names and contacts captured at the door
A MONTHLY PROGRAMME

A calendar that funds itself

Themed mornings across the year, designed so vendor booths cover the cost of running them — the marketing line stops being a cost centre.

CHARITY & ENTHUSIAST

Worth somebody's Saturday

The format that gets owners to bring cars nobody else can get, because the room is worth their morning and the cause is worth their name.

Owner outreach, not a rental line
Press and partner coordination
TWO REPORTS, ONE YEAR APART

We ran it twice and it got bigger.

Both of these ran for Hamra Jewelers in Scottsdale — a jeweler, not a dealership, which is the point. Same Saturday-morning format. The promotion budget went up by about half. Attendance tripled.

Twenty cities, around 190 cars including a Veyron and an Enzo. The $956 ran over sixty-eight days before the doors opened, at $0.82 a result. We did not measure what the morning itself put back into the feed.

A jeweler, not a dealership

Timed against Mother's Day, built around watches. Cars were the reason people came; the jewelry counter was the reason it paid.

Owners bring what cannot be rented

You cannot rent a $4M Enzo or a One-77. That display value is why the next event fills faster than the last.

Every report says what to change

After this one it was one entrance instead of two, a named person checking in every car, and gift bags handed out by the greeters.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Do you only run events for car dealerships?

No. The two events with published numbers were both run for Hamra Jewelers in Scottsdale, timed against Mother's Day and built around watches. Cars were the reason people came; the jewelry counter was the reason it paid. The format works for any business that wants qualified people standing in its building.

What does an event cost to run?

There is a $2,499 minimum activation, and above that the production fee is scoped on the call against the room you want and the market you are in. Half the quote is due before any work or advertising begins, and the balance is paid the morning of the activation, after setup, with no exceptions.

How do you get access to cars like that?

Owner relationships built over fifteen years, not a rental line. You cannot rent a $4M Enzo or a One-77 — owners bring them when the morning is worth their Saturday, and that display value is why the next event fills faster than the last.

What do I get after the event?

A summary report with spend, cost per result, attendance, cities represented, display value, reach and impressions, plus what we would change next time. Every event gets one, and you keep it.

Tell us about your building.

Fifteen minutes on the phone and we will tell you whether an event belongs in front of it, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost.
