AI Mastermind · Paddock20 · Nashville, TN

Your operation already has the data.
Now build the software that reads it.

The AI Mastermind is a hands-on agentic engineering program for operators, company professionals, and builders who are done watching demos. You bring one hard problem. You leave with production software deployed — and the pattern to build the next one yourself.

No slides. No theory. One keyboard, one problem, one result sitting in a repository you own.

What the AI Mastermind is

Your data. Your stack. Software that reads it back to you.

Every platform you already run — your CRM, your spreadsheets, your scheduling tool, your payment processor — has an API. Most operators never touch it. The Mastermind teaches you to wire AI into those APIs, layer your own IP on top of the data, and ship something your competitors cannot buy off a shelf.

If you own a business, you bring the broken part of your week. If you work inside a company, you bring the thing your team does manually that should not be manual. If you already understand AI but have never deployed against live data — this is where that changes.

The tools emerge from the problem. The problem is yours. The result is production software — not a prototype, not a demo — sitting in a repository under your name.

What's included

Where the curriculum comes from

The same loop runs a $125M-a-month operation.

DRX Lot Assistant was built with this exact stack and has been in production since launch — zero manual migrations, every floor-staff member using it without a training mandate. The curriculum is the order Gavin built it in, including what went wrong.

$125M+

Monthly throughput through one Paddock20-built system

The stack map

Five layers. Every build runs all of them.

Every build starts with two boxes drawn before a line of code exists. Then the stack assembles in layers — how the software gets made, how it ships and stays live, and which platforms get API'd into to make something nobody else can replicate.

Claude

Structure the problem. Entity modeling in operator English.

v0

GitHub

What You'll Need · Honest Budget Disclosure

The tools are real.
So is the cost to run them.

Every tool used at the Mastermind is a real product with its own pricing. Most have free tiers that cover the weekend. Some require a paid plan to unlock the compute you need for an intense build session. Budget accordingly — and know that most of these become permanent infrastructure in your business after you leave.

Pricing sourced from each vendor's public pricing page as of August 2026. Subject to change. Paddock20 is independently reaching out to each platform for official partnership and usage guidance — copy and claims will be updated as those conversations complete. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Worth a Saturday, or worth skipping.

Built for you if

You have an operational problem that costs time every week
You are willing to sit at a keyboard for six hours
You want to understand what you are building, not just receive it
You have tried existing tools and none of them fit

Save your money if

You want a polished product with designers and a roadmap
You want a general AI overview with no specific problem to solve
You expect something shipped regardless of your effort on the day

Want it built for you instead? That is the right call for some operators. Automation work starts at $749.

Common questions

The honest answers, in writing.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The tools handle the syntax. You need to describe what you want and follow the steps. Every person in the room starts from the same place.

What if my problem is too big for one day?

We scope it down in the first hour. The goal is the version that ships that day. You leave with the hardest part done and a clear path to the rest.

Who owns the code I build?

You do. It lives in a repository under your name from the moment it deploys. Paddock20 has no ongoing access unless you choose a retainer.

What is the difference between the one-day and two-day format?

September 12 is a single-day event — teaching and building compressed together. The Track Weekend (October onward) splits across Friday (the full stack, taught) and Saturday (your problem, built and shipped).

What is the refund policy?

Full refund 14 or more days out. 50% refund 7 to 13 days out. Inside seven days the seat is non-refundable but fully transferable to someone in your organisation.

Can Paddock20 just build it for me?

Yes. Automation work starts at $749. The fit call is fifteen free minutes — book it and get a ballpark on the first call, no commitment.
