How specific should I be in Draft mode?+
As specific as possible. Include the obligation, the performing party, the timeframe, the payment terms if relevant, and what happens on breach. Vague input produces vague output.
Can I run a full contract through Redline mode?+
One section at a time for best results. A full 20-page contract in one pass will lose precision in the analysis. Run the high-stakes clauses (indemnification, IP ownership, payment terms, termination) individually.
