Built by GoTime Motorsports and powered by Paddock20, iGot Receipts™ was designed for the gap between "I have the receipts" and "I can show you the receipts." Every modification, service interval, and cost gets logged against a VIN and organized into a packet that can be exported at the point of sale — with photos, timestamps, and line-item detail.
The insight was simple: the person who knows the most about a vehicle is its current owner. The platform's job is to turn everything they already know into something the next owner can verify.

Discovery

Most owners have a system — it is just not organized in a way that survives a sale. The research phase mapped the tracking behaviors of enthusiasts and daily drivers: what they save, what they lose, and what they wish they had at the moment of resale. The product was designed around that observed behavior, not an idealized one.
Architecture
VIN as the Organizing Principle.
Every record in the system is anchored to a VIN. That single decision changes the entire data model — records become portable, verifiable, and transferable at the moment of sale. The VIN is not a field. It is the structure everything else hangs from.
UX

The core loop had to be frictionless enough that an owner would use it immediately after a service, not two weeks later from memory. Photo capture, structured entry, and voice logging were all built as first-class input methods — each optimized for the moment it would most likely be used.
Export
The Resale Packet Is the Product.
Every feature in iGot Receipts™ exists to produce one output: a resale documentation packet that a buyer can trust. Timestamps, photos, receipts, and line-item history — organized by category and exportable as a single document. That packet is the reason the platform exists.
