What happens when I use all my included minutes?
Additional minutes bill at a flat thirty cents each, metered to the minute and itemized on your monthly invoice. No forced tier jumps and no surprise multipliers — the rate is the same on every plan.
Can you market a car club or a storage facility?
Yes. Dealerships, jewelers and luxury retail, car clubs, storage and vault facilities, showrooms, and any business with a building worth standing in. We have built the marketing for a 5,800 square foot club and vault facility from the floor plan up.
What is the difference between Paddock20 and GoTime Motorsports?
GoTime Motorsports is the consumer brand — the cars, the drives, the experiences. Paddock20 is the business side: agentic engineering on the tech half, and marketing, events and experiential on the cars half. GoTime is our biggest client rather than our only one.
Who owns the content and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Every photo, video, caption, template and login stays in your name. We do not run your brand from an agency account, and there is nothing to claw back when you leave.
Do you buy followers or run engagement pods?
No. On our own account we cut roughly a thousand out-of-market accounts on purpose, because a follower who will never buy costs you reach and those accounts are where most of the bots sit. We report follower quality next to reach so you can see the difference.
Why is the Fit Call free?
Because we make money doing the work, not selling consultations. Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether we are the right fit. Projects under $1,500 close on the call and start immediately. Larger builds get a deposit and a scoping session. If it is not a fit you get an honest no.
What does the 30-day post-ship support include?
Fixes, adjustments and reasonable changes after the build ships — bugs, breakage, anything that does not work the way we scoped it. New features and scope additions are new work, and we tell you which side of that line a request falls on before anything moves.
Do I need a contract?
No. One-time services are one-time. Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing month. Even the first call is free.
What does the deposit cover?
Deposits credit fully toward your final invoice. Projects under $1,500 are paid in full on the Fit Call. Larger projects take a fifteen to twenty-five percent deposit depending on size, with the balance due at milestone — halfway through or at delivery.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Every project includes one round of revisions in scope. If something is not working as intended we fix it inside the thirty-day post-ship support window. If we misunderstood the problem we discuss solutions before any scope changes. Code ownership is one hundred percent yours from day one — no escrow, no holdback.
What happens after my project ships?
Thirty days of post-ship support come standard: bug fixes, minor tweaks, monitoring. After that you can go independent or stay covered. App Care at $500 to $750 a month handles maintenance only. The Paddock20 Pass at $999 a month adds monitoring plus fifteen percent off all new project work.
What is the difference between App Care and the Paddock20 Pass?
App Care is maintenance only: bug fixes, security updates, dependency patches, no new features. The Paddock20 Pass includes all of that plus fifteen percent off any new project work. Choose App Care to keep one build healthy. Choose the Pass if we are your ongoing build partner.
I already have a design or spec. Can you build it?
Yes, and the Fit Call is still how we start. We review your spec, check it for feasibility and quote accordingly. If it is tight we move fast. If there are gaps we catch them on the call instead of mid-build.
