The problem
A dealership floor needed a reliable way to see which vehicles had arrived, where they had moved and whether they were cleared for release. Staff were coordinating those steps through manual records and conversations.
The useful question was simple: could the next person find the vehicle's status without reconstructing its history by phone?
The software
The application recorded vehicle intake, transfers between lots and release authorization. A mobile interface let floor staff update the record where the work happened.
That connected the movement of a vehicle with its operating record, so each handoff had a place to be recorded and checked.
The evidence
That is the value of the cars the lot software tracked during its peak month in production. It does not measure revenue generated by the software or financial return from the project.
The documented capability was a production workflow for intake, movement and release. A verified before-and-after measure of handling time or operating cost has not been published here.
For your operation
The relevant pattern is a shared record, a clear next action and an authorization that stays attached to the work. Your operation may need different fields, roles, integrations and approvals. We assess those requirements before recommending a build.
